Why Siringit Serengeti Camp?

Siringit Serengeti Camp is set under a canopy of trees along the iconic wildlife migration trails in Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park.

Experience

Each year, between April & June, the wildebeest migration passes through camp, so guests will have front-row seats to one of Earth’s greatest wildlife spectacles!

In fact, wildlife migrates daily through camp & so it is possible to enjoy superb wildlife viewing from the comfort of your tent’s veranda.

Renowned for its wealth of leopard & lion sightings, Siringit Serengeti never disappoints when it comes to wildlife. The Serengeti National Park is also home to 500 bird species, so avid birders will feel like they are in paradise.

Stay

Guests will experience glamorous camping in one of 10 luxury tents (which includes one 2-bedroom family tent).

Each tent is raised on a wooden platform & boasts a private veranda that offers captivating views over the bush. Tents also boast en-suite bathrooms as well as generous sleeping areas & lounge spaces.

Communal areas include a comfortable lounge & an extensive wooden deck with an infinity pool, a daybed & an open firepit – all offering spectacular views of the bush.

Asanja Moru

The luxurious & intimate Asanja Moru is set amid rocky islands known as the Moru Kopjes inside the iconic Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Bologonya Under Canvas

Ehlane Plains Camp

‘Ehlane’ means ‘wilderness’ in the Zulu language, & aptly so – because Ehlane Plains Camp lies deep in the heart of the eastern Serengeti, surrounded by endless savannas. Each year between October & December, this vast wilderness is covered in large herds of wildebeest, zebra & other antelope on their epic migratory journey through this part of Tanzania. Kimondo Migration Camp, as the name suggests – moves periodically in pursuit of one of the most iconic wildlife spectacles on Planet Earth: The Great Wildebeest Migration. Between July to November, the camp is pitched in the famous Lamai Wedge of the northern Serengeti before moving south to Kusini between December & March. The Lamai Wedge is located between the Mara River & the Kenyan border, ensuring quality wildlife viewing. In the south, Kimondo boasts spectacular views over a popular waterhole.

Klein's Camp

Set in a 10,000-hectare private concession deep in the heart of Maasai land in the game-rich north eastern Serengeti, lies Kleins Camp – a luxurious & intimate safari camp. Kusini Kopjes Kambi

As the name suggests, Kusini Kopjes Kambi is built on a hilltop (‘kopjes’ means ‘a small, rocky hill’), overlooking the game-rich plains of the southern Serengeti. The southern Serengeti is where the annual Wildebeest Migration enters one of its most dramatic stages. During a 2- or 3- month period (from about January to March), wildebeest calves are born here in their tens of thousands, attracting predators ranging from big cats & wild dogs to hyenas & jackals. During this time of year, wildlife viewing is exceptional as it offers wonderful opportunities to see predator-prey interactions.

Lahia Tented Lodge

Perched on a hill, Lahia Tented Lodge offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Central Serengeti & the Western Corridor. Moving location 3 times each year, Legendary Serengeti Mobile Camp follows one of Africa’s greatest wildlife spectacles: The Great Wildebeest Migration. Between July & November, the camp is pitched in the northern Serengeti to view the dramatic river crossings & between December & April the camp moves to the southern Serengeti for the lush green season, with calving happening around January. From May to July, the camp reaches the plains of the western Serengeti when mega herds gather in phenomenal numbers as far as the eye can see. Lemala Ewanjan
