Africa on Foot Camp is an authentic safari camp located in the Klaserie Private Game Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park & home to Africa’s Big 5. Guides & trackers at Africa on Foot are extremely passionate about the bush & will do their utmost best to ensure their guests have a wonderful safari experience. Although the camp offers exciting game drives, the real highlight & focus here is their walking safaris. With only 5 safari chalets, Africa on Foot Camp allows guests an intimate safari experience. The focus here is not so much on silver service, slippers & bathrobes – but on good quality game viewing, warm hospitality & comfort.

Boabab Ridge

Boabab Ridge lies within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger region & offers guests a luxurious & authentic wilderness experience. The lodge is family-owned & run, so provides guests with a relaxed home-away-from-home safari experience. As part of the Greater Kruger, the Klaserie has no fences between it & the Kruger National Park & is therefore proud to offer visitors a phenomenal Big 5 safari experience.

Klaserie Sands River Camp

Klaserie Sands River Camp is a luxury, intimate safari camp located along the dry N’tsiri riverbed in the wildlife-rich Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. Since the Klaserie shares an unfenced border with the Kruger, game is moving freely throughout the region, so guests can expect superb Big 5 wildlife viewing in a private reserve setting, away from the masses. The lodge is small & intimate, allowing only 8 guests in camp at a time, which means that a large family or groups of friends travelling together can book the entire lodge exclusively, enjoying a private safari experience.

Makumu Game Lodge

Makumu means ‘endless view’ in the Xitsonga language. It is therefore not surprising that Makumu Game Lodge in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is an intimate oasis surrounded by breathtaking views over an unspoilt African bush. This Big 5 game reserve shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park, allowing game to move freely through the region, providing guests with excellent wildlife sightings away from the masses. Makumu Game Lodge boasts 6 luxurious & beautifully appointed suites, accommodating a maximum of 12 guests.

Misava Safari Camp

Misava Safari Camp enjoys a spectacular location within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger region. The camp is romantic in style & therefore ideal for couples or honeymooners. Misava features opulent villas with river views, private deck areas, an infinity pool with day beds, a chic open-air bar where cocktails can be enjoyed as well as an open fire where romantic dinners are served al fresco. Nthambo Tree Camp

Nthambo Tree Camp is a small & intimate camp located within the Klaserie Private Game Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park & home to Africa’s Big 5. With unique treehouse chalets built at eye level with the trees, guests will be able to enjoy an authentic safari experience, feeling close to nature! (as one should while in Africa) With only 5 luxurious, stilted treehouse chalets – Nthambo Tree Camp lives up to its name. From here, amazing sunsets can be enjoyed. Each chalet is equipped with an en-suite bathroom & viewing deck where sundowners can be enjoyed.

Simbavati Amani

Simbavati Amani boasts a beautiful setting on a 3,000-hectare concession within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park. The private nature of this wilderness sanctuary allows guests to experience Big 5 game viewing at its best, away from the crowds. Simbavati Amani is a small & intimate safari camp, providing accommodation for only 8 guests in 4 luxury suites. Each suite has a private entrance & large windows provide access to gorgeous views of the bush.

Simbavati Camp George

Simbavati Camp George is set on a dry riverbed within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, sharing unfenced borders with the Greater Kruger National Park. The lodge has been designed for families & friends who wish to escape from modern-day distractions. Exciting activities like garden picnics, visits to the waterhole or relaxing massages are some of the additional add-ons that guests can expect at Simbavati Camp George. Small & intimate, Camp George offers only 8 luxury suites, each with a private deck. These individually designed suites all overlook the dry riverbed. Each suite has an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub as well as an indoor & outdoor shower.
